A day to explore the healing potential of sound and movement. Awaken your senses with this day designed to nourish body, mind and soul.

Afternoon Session - 2:00 to 5:15: Nia, drumming & chanting workshops. (Drums will be provided or bring your own)
Evening Session - 6:30 to 8:30: Nia dancing with live Bhadra music and crystal bowl sound meditation.
Pre-register for both sessions - $60 - includes a vegetarian dinner.
Afternoon Session - $40, Evening Session - $30
