I apologize for being unable to put out a March newsletter. I've been so busy here in Costa Rica that I just couldn't find the time. Construction on our house is moving very quickly and I spend the better part of every day down at the building site. It is so exciting - I've got a great crew and so far, no snags. The roof goes on this week!

Last year I was in a more reclusive, meditative space - this year is more task oriented. I've been meeting some very dynamic and interesting people. On Valentine's Day I did a Bhadra gig with some local musicians at Bamboo Yoga in Dominical. I've also led a few chant groups in San Isidro. I was asked to be part of an 'elders circle' - we organized a 'Unity Gathering'. It brought together a large number of people, both Tico and Gringo, who share the values of a spiritual, sustainable, back to the land lifestyle. This is the start of many more gatherings and the establishment of an inclusive organization of like-minded people who are into helping each other and getting together for 'joy gatherings'. These events will be opportunities to chant, dance - whatever activities that promote fun and joy. This has been a real validation of why I was attracted to this area in the first place. There is such a strong sense of extended community here.

At the 'Valley of Dreams', where I've been staying, there has been a steady stream of my newsletter recipients who have come for a visit. It's been great to connect with you - thank you. Next winter I plan to offer some 'Why Is Life' Mystery School retreats and a Nia Dance/Sound Healing retreat. More info on that later.

I haven't included an article in this newsletter - instead I have offered writings from two friends I've met down here. One comments on the great upsurge we've all been feeling as the 'Big Shift' gains momentum. The other, after spending a night at the Valley of Dreams, shares the inspiration that the Costa Rican jungle provides.

If you'd like to access past newsletters containing the earlier articles on the Big Shift, as well as articles on the Physics of Mysticism, Magic, the Power of Mantra and other topics, please visit the 'newsletter' page of my website:

Peace and love, Dennis.

It's remarkable to me how time continues to dilate as we continue along with its final phase of acceleration and eventual collapse. Let's see if we can make some sense of this. In the Mayan conception of time each era 'folding over' the last is a 20-fold acceleration of the one previous. The Galactic era that describes the span of years between 1999 and the end of this year contained as much "time/space/information/energy" as the period before it....12 years containing the same as 240 years. This would mean that the experience of time in this era would dilate, each day containing 20 times as much "time/space/information/energy". So if I am flowing with this time acceleration principle, a day in February, 2011 would be equivalent to 20 days, in February, 1998. We have crested into a new Cosmic Era on March 9th! We are catapulting into eternity!

I can remember when I was young sharing the sense that many humans have, that time was passing me by, that somehow I was missing something. It didn't appear that there would ever be enough time to find whatever it was I was looking for...to find my version of heaven on earth. But then my relationship with time began to change dramatically, as my experience on my devotional path deepened. In the language of 'A Course in Miracles', I was having occasional glimpses into eternity, or being immersed in the hush of heaven.

What happens when we enter this holy instant? We enter a realm "outside" of time, or the seeming limits and definitions of time. In this kingdom of heaven we experience a sense of limitlessness, a knowing of Oneness, and the deep joy of being bathed in love's presence. We come out of an experience, which in world time might have taken only a few seconds, and we feel as if we were in this spaceless realm forever.

I am offering that, with the rapid acceleration principle hurtling you and me and all the world toward a collective immersion into this kingdom - this singularity or portal into Oneness, the experience of time will continue to expand and dilate. This will happen, especially if we are welcoming this expansion.

To the world of form, of which the egoic structure is a part, this acceleration and immersion into Oneness appears to be catastrophic. Does the caterpillar feel a sense of doom as the "call to chrysalis" beckons? We have been called, those who have ears to hear, those who are able to cultivate the stillness, the willingness, to be opened by repeated experiences of revelation/annihilation, to bear witness to this glorious unfolding.

Now it is possible for us to enter this kingdom "alone," in that we are never truly alone at all. But it still seems much more effortless to enter this realm hand-in-hand with a brother or sister. Some years ago, when I was deeply immersed in the presence expressed by Eckhart Tolle, I was intrigued with a response he offered to one who sat with him in retreat. The question was about time spent in meditation, or the cultivation of stillness. The questioner wanted to know if 3 hours of meditation would be more valuable than 2....to which Eckhart explained that it would be much more useful to remember for one second the "power of now" 30 times each day than to spend hours in meditation.

I got this message, that stillness is not a result of sitting in quiet meditation. Stillness is a portal within you that goes with you wherever you go. You can enter this portal just as easily in a very busy shopping mall, filled with noise and bustling bodies, if you are adept at opening yourself within. This is the secret, the full knowing that the kingdom is fully available in each and every moment, accessed simply by your devotion to "knowing god." Today, a day that will stretch once again into the limitless realm of eternity, we get to sit together, you and I, even if we appear to be on the far reaches of the planet.

We are truly as One, exploring this kingdom and building this new earth together. I invite you to find your way today to invite a brother/sister to join with you in this awareness. Acknowledge what we are collectively experiencing, and thank yourself and each other for all the devotion that has brought this shimmering reality into view.
The light has come!

Soft billowy mists are rising out of the lush green valley in front of me as toucans, parrots and an orchestra of bird and insect songs awaken me again this morning. I awaken in the remembrance of the joy of life that nature is always expressing.

How can I not awaken in joy hearing this most beautiful jungle song?

The jungle is such a sweet reminder of how life loves to express itself, and the magic of each new day bringing yet another opportunity to invite life to move and live itself through me. Each place I visit holds it's own unique sonic vibration, and I feel like I am learning peace and experiencing bliss in more profoundly unique ways in each one of these magical places. Last night, there were nocturnal sounds I hadn't heard yet, and I floated into such a deep dream-state on a sonic carpet that pulsated through me, calming every cell of me before taking me effortlessly into the dreamtime.

It is possibly my favorite thing about living in Costa Rica - being so close to and surrounded by jungle. As a musical and expressive being, the soundscape here is so comforting and so mystically entrancing, I simply can't get enough. I open my whole being to the vibrations here, allowing them to massage every piece of me, mind, body and spirit and the sensuality it awakens in me goes beyond my ability to express in any cognitive way.

The more time I spend in the heart of nature, the less appealing modern culture becomes. The birdsongs alone here in the mornings have captured a piece of my soul that nothing in modern culture, no eye candy or ear candy, can ever come close to enticing or stirring in me. Sitting here now, I am watching myriads of them show up, brightly splashed in brilliant colors. Two here, with waves of blue perfectly painted on their wings and yellow heads, are climbing up the thatched roof. Landing now in front of me, with a whirlwind of color, two magical little tweeters that look like they've been dipped in the dawn's softest blue hue.

How can I not be totally impressed by the artist who has created this diversity and beauty? Their songs fill the air, my heart is busted open in love and gratitude that I get to experience this bliss, this truth of simple beingness. It is available for those of us who have the courage to explore and seek out the reality that goes far beyond the maya. We can see past the illusion, the brainwashing that modern culture tries to impose upon us.

I'm in love and nature has brought me home again, as she always does, to the truth of who I am. In her embrace, I soften and crack open. I find that stillness is easy and my mind rests. Joy is natural and spontaneous, just in the listening. Then I open my eyes to feast delightfully on the curvaceous rolling green hills and soft emerald forest. In her magical playground I find true solace and comfort - the remembrance of the joy that nature holds intrinsically, when we just live connected to the experience of life and let life move through us. She grants me space to feel nurtured in the midst of these times, when it seems much of "human creation" is showing up to be, for me, a game I am no longer interested in playing.

She welcomes me home, over and over, with open loving arms and moments of magical mystical bliss. I pray and she responds in a flower or a bird or a song. I open and she fills me fully with the truth!

My friend Ev sent me this initiative from water guru, Masaru Emoto:
To All People Around the World

Please send your prayers of love and gratitude to water at the nuclear plants in Fukushima, Japan!

By the massive earthquakes of Magnitude 9 and surreal massive tsunamis, more than 10,000 people are still missing...even now... It has been 16 days already since the disaster happened. What makes it worse is that water at the reactors of Fukushima Nuclear Plants started to leak, and it's contaminating the ocean, air and water molecule of surrounding areas.

Human wisdom has not been able to do much to solve the problem, but we are only trying to cool down the anger of radioactive materials in the reactors by discharging water to them.

Is there really nothing else to do?

I think there is. During over twenty year research of hado measuring and water crystal photographic technology, I have been witnessing that water can turn positive when it receives pure vibration of human prayer no matter how far away it is.

Energy formula of Albert Einstein, E=MC2 really means that Energy = number of people and the square of people's consciousness.

Now is the time to understand the true meaning. Let us all join the prayer ceremony as fellow citizens of the planet earth.   I would like to ask all people, not just in Japan, but all around the world to please help us to find a way out the crisis of this planet!!
The prayer procedure is as follows.

Name of ceremony:
"Let's send our thoughts of love and gratitude to all water in the nuclear plants in Fukushima"

Day and Time:
March 31st, 2011 (Thursday)
12:00 noon in each time zone

Please say the following phrase:
"The water of Fukushima Nuclear Plant, we are sorry to make you suffer.  Please forgive us.  We thank you, and we love you."

Please say it aloud or in your mind. Repeat it three times as you put your hands together in a prayer position.

Please offer your sincere prayer.

Thank you very much from my heart.

With love and gratitude,
Masaru Emoto
